At this time, we only accept photos of paper receipts. This means that online delivery orders will not be eligible for cash-back (i.e. through Amazon, Instacart, or other online delivery/pick-up services).
Please ensure you take a paper receipt home to submit photos via the My Products page for validation. We recommend hanging onto it until your cash back has been issued to you, in case new photos are needed.
If for any reason you are not able to take home a paper receipt (ie. the printer in the store is broken, etc.) please report the issue on your My Products page via "Contact Support" for the relevant product.
Receipt uploads are only supported on smartphones and tablets.
