In situations like this, where you can’t use the product we sent you, however, you wouldn't want your account to be penalized, we recommend that you do the following:

  1. Submit a preliminary review on the look and feel of the product and ingredients. Then after you've tried it, update your review simply by going into your account and click 'Edit My Review' next to the sample
  2. Visit the My Products page and select 'Contact Support' next to this sample. There you can select that you need more time, and we will excuse your review.
