If your mail:

  • has gone missing
  • was stolen in transit
  • was sent to the wrong address
  • was damaged
  • has arrived late

Report these things as an issue to prevent your account status from being affected because of mail system issues out of your control. You can find this button on the review page of any of your samples:

  1. Log into your Social Nature account > go to ‘My Products’ Page
  2. Select 'Write Review' next to the product you are unable to review >
  3. then, click 'Report Issue' next to the stars on the review page >
  4. then, choose the type of issue you are reporting >
  5. follow the rest of the instructions and we'll take care of the rest for you!
