If you need assistance with the products, feel free to head over to the My Products page and simply tap on the Need help? button to get in touch with us.
You can also take a look at our new Contact Us page for additional support. Here's how:
- Click the Get Support button .
- Tap the Need help? button on the upper right-hand corner of your screen and choose the product you need help with.
- After selecting the product you need help with, choose the issue or concern you have.
- If the information is not helpful or if you need further assistance, select No for Was this information helpful? Include any additional information in the text box and hit Submit.
You will be able to view the status of your support request on your My Products page. You can also visit our Help Center to get more help.
Just remember you need to be signed in to submit a ticket request and you will only be able to submit a request once per product.
